In Oobabooga textgen webui portable ver 3.11 text entry box disappears after chat reaches bottom of page

I'm using Oobabooga textgen webui portable version 3.11 (from textgen-portable-3.11-windows-cuda12.4.zip), though the same issue happened on the normal (non-portable) one after I clicked the update bat file, but I was having some errors with that because of conflicts with things so I installed the portable version in its own folder and extracted the zip file. I'm running the webui in Firefox latest version (version 142.0 64 bit). Operating system: Windows 10 Pro.

When I try the chat with the AI, when it gets to the bottom of the page the text entry box disappears. At first the text entry box was going further down the screen after each message, but now the text entry box stays at the bottom of the screen (at least in instruct mode) on each message, but when the last message from the AI goes further than will fit on the page the text entry box disappears and I can't scroll to see the full last response from the AI. Sometimes the text entry box can re-appear when I change to "Chat" mode instead of instruct, but then when I enter a new response in the box the text entry box disappears again if the chat in the chat mode goes further than will fit on a page.

Also in the section on the left with the list of chats, I'm not seeing an option to delete one of them. I thought there used to be a delete option there.

I seem to have fixed it by enabling cookies in Firefox for the local ip address that text generation webui is being run on. So after I enabled cookies for that ip address the text entry box seems to stay on screen.
