Saved model settings not getting loaded.

When I configure the model loading params on the "models" page, and then save the settings, the settings file gets created and looks valid. But then if the Web UI is restarted, and the same model selected, the settings don't get loaded.

I figure I'd ask here in case I'm doing something obviously wrong, but if not I guess I should file an Issue.

Note: I sync'd today so I'm using the most current version of the Web UI as of today.
