Switch to GPL-3.0 License and remove CI configurations

Replaced the MIT license with the GNU General Public License v3.0. Removed Woodpecker CI configurations for builds and releases, and deleted the funding configuration file. These changes ensure compliance with the updated licensing terms and streamline repository metadata.
