Description

  • Adds Orca SAST, SCA & Image Build Testing for Observe-Agent static code and final built image
  • Static code testing is performed on every PR (as part of Orca app) to check for differences from baseline scan that runs in main branch
  • This PR adds a GHA job to run SAS, SCA, Post-Image build scanning x1 a week & every push to main
  • This PR does NOT manage PR scans, that's managed by Orca App
