How to control when groups gets unloaded?

I'm experiencing problem that items unload from top too early, can I set amount of items or height of viewport for unload actions?

Also, sometimes I have blank spaces when scrolling, which seems odd. I have a list of lazyloaded videos. I know their sizes before actually loading videos so list should be calculated correctly. Any help will be appreciated
