Export circuit to OpenQASM or Qiskit code?

Is there a way to export the circuit to OpenQASM, Qiskit, or related code?

There are rudimentary functions for exporting the Circuit class to OpenQASM:

However, these methods were written at a time where OpenQASM 3 was not around and they use a non-standard extension to OpenQASM 2 for representing multi-controlled X gates.
The proper solution for the underlying issue is being tracked in #29, which would result in OpenQASM 2, OpenQASM 3 as well as Qiskit input and output options.
In the meantime, the existing dumping functionality could be rewritten to make use of OpenQASM 3's ctrl modifier.
We currently do not have capacity to work on that, but any external contributions are welcome.
