Docker bake variable array for matrix build

Hi and thank you for the amazing tooling!

I've been reading the documentation of docker bake and I would like to combine the variable functionality with matrix builds. Based on the docs I am not sure if that is possible.

I'm doing a matrix build based on the result of an endpoint and if possible i'd love to replace the current bash script which iterates over the versions with docker bake.
