Description of the bug
When using Mixins in the context of MinecraftForge, nothing regarding Mixins resolves.
Both "Navigate to Source" buttons just don't work.
The mixin itself works.
Here is the commit adding mixins to forge:

This example is for 1.20.1, but you can also reproduce this on 1.21.
