Along the lines of #158, there should be a JSONValueConvertible protocol that provides more flexibility in converting types to JSONValue, JSONArray, and JSONObject. #159 initially implemented this protocol, but I backed it out because of concerns about potential ambiguity regarding which initializers would be called in various situations.
