Disable "pre-loading" by default

The caching and pre-loading is buggy and a documented issue:

1. Cache preloading issue #383
2. Excessive calls of converter function when registering two message converters for same message type #382

My suggestion is to disable pre-loading by default as a lot of customers think the performance is intolerable before they encouter the quick-fix:

I was reading about this and trying to understand if it will bring a negative impact to quality of rendering. Did you check how transforms are calculated in Lichtblick? Disabling it will not cause problems to other users? Like lose precision when calculating / interpolating correctly the coordinate frame? The documentation of the original implementation of 3D panel says:

Transform preloading in the 3D panel ensures an accurate scene by loading transform messages into memory. Transform preloading may impact 3D panel performance during preloading and seeking. You can disable preloading in the 3D panel settings. However, when disabled, the 3D panel may not properly render your scene in certain circumstances where infrequent coordinate frames are involved. To maintain reasonable memory usage, there is an upper limit on the number of transforms that can be preloaded per topic.

I was mostly looking to this file:

Your suggestion to disable by default has considered that? Or it was purely thinking on the performance impact?
