Unable to attach the file to Noi: "Error calling tool Better Doc Reader", "Error fetching space API. Is the name correct?"

I have enabled "Better Doc Reader" tool in aim to be able to attach text file to supply AI longer text/content.

"View spec" link in the tool pop-up window shows:

Functions
Choose functions that can be called in your tool.

Error fetching space API. Is the name correct?

Problem is that when I ask AI (HuggingChat), it tells me: "However, I need the actual file" and Noi says "Error calling tool Better Doc Reader". Noi shows the .txt file as attached.

Only problem in the log file is:
[error] [extensions:load] Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/me/.config/Noi/extensions/noi.extensions.json'

So what to do? This also looks like issue, user should be able to more conveniently provide the file and working out of the box.
