How do I invalidate cache?

I just added a cache middleware in my project, and I just realize some case like if I've change the response how do i invalidate cache so it's reflect my new response.

example usecase:

app.get(
  "*",
  cache({
    cacheName: "cacheProject",
    cacheControl: "max-age=" + 60 * 60 * 12, // 12 hours
  }),
);

app.get("/", async c => {
  return c.json("Welcome To My Site");
});

and when I change the response of / how do I invalidate it right away?
