access WebUI via domain name ?

Not a dumb question, just needs more context. domain.local sounds like your routers domain group.

When filebrowser starts it exposes the full port and does not limit domain. its simply a host + port exposed rule. So, you can access http://localhost:80 if on the same machine, or http://servername.local:80 if on a network that can DNS resolve the hostname to the IP of your machine. There is not domain blacklist/whitelist or otherwise any domain configuration needed.

I'm not sure how it works, but I think that I can access all my devices via http://severname.local via mDNS. In specific case of filebrowser, it actually run a TrueNAS instance, via a docker container. I can access locally the TrueNAS via http://truenas.local/, I also could indeed access filebrowser via http://truenas.local:7999 (as 7999 is the port binded to 80 inside filebrowser container).
