Breaking change in minor version: lefthook now requires Go 1.25, breaking Go 1.24 environments

I have a stable Docker image running Go 1.24 that suddenly started failing when installing lefthook because the tool now requires Go 1.25.

Questions:

• Is this the expected behavior for lefthook versioning?
• Why is a Go language version requirement bump (which is breaking for older environments) being treated as a minor/patch update rather than a major version bump?

Context:

• I was using the @latest tag, so I acknowledge this is partially on me
• However, I didn't expect a "minor" update to introduce such a hard breaking change
• This breaks existing stable environments that can't easily upgrade their Go version

Expected behavior:
Breaking changes like minimum language version requirements should ideally be released as major version bumps to follow semantic versioning principles.

Hey! Thank you for sharing this issue. My bad, it must not be a minor patch, sorry for suddenly breaking your flow. Next Go version upgrades will happen with at least the minor version upgrade.
