How to keep the queries with different "where" clauses DRY?

I've scoured the docs for some guidance on how to keep our fragment and query declarations DRY, but I couldn't find any information about this.

Suppose you have two queries defined like so:

The problem:

• Nearly identical query structure and pagination parameters
• Same fragments and action filtering
• Only difference is the where clause conditions (one is for sender, the other is for recipient)
• This pattern repeats 15+ times in the original file
• Any change to the base structure requires updating all variants

How can we reduce the amount of duplicated query filters/arguments as in the examples provided above?
