chore: update dependencies, .gitignore, and project version

- Update various dependencies to their latest versions, including `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` to v1.17.0.
- Remove `lib/` and `lib64/` from `.gitignore` as they are no longer relevant.
- Bump the project version in `package.json` to 2.2.3.
