Cef performance decrease after update from version 112.3.0 to 128.4.90

I'm using CefSharp in C# winforms. I have recently updated the CefSharp version from 112.3.0 to 128.4.90. I'm seeing decrease in performance metrics; espeacilly tp95 and tp99 for browser load time after the update. Is there any reason why I'm seeing this decrease in performance netrics

Test with a supported version. Compare to Chromium with the exact same version
