Multipass "CANNOT CONNECT TO THE MULTIPASS SOCKET" Error in Windows

Whenever i try to use multipass. i always get encountered with the error
"cannot connect to the multipass socket"
i have tried installing/uninstalling it many times. but gets the same always.
