BTFL 4.6.0 BEACON ON message

Greetings,

I have updated my quad to 4.6.0 to use ALT_HOLD mode.
Everything works fine, but I have found unexpected side-effect: when I try to arm a quad I get "BEACON ON" OSD message and can't ARM. I have not see such an issue in 4.3.3 I have been using before.
I've checked all related parameters - nothing seems to be relevant.
P.S. I am arming my quad ~30min after it is powered on.

I am able to reproduce an issue if I wait ~20min before arming

B.T.W. Any ideas what does 'Beacon On" mean? Might it be relevant to 4.6.0 update? I can't google it's meaning :/
I have found some parameters I have not seen before:
set prearm_allow_rearm = OFF
set dshot_edt = OFF
