Minor Doc and Example Enhancements

This non-major release includes:

• Ability to control the logging behavior
• One more MLP example
• Overall documentation improvements

Future releases will contain more examples such as CNN, LSTM, Bi-LSTM (experimental) etc. along with notebook examples for better readability.
