cp314t (free-threaded) not built on x86 and x86_64

I build my maturin wheels on gha with the default

To my surprise, this does not build cp314t wheels on x86/x86_64. For manylinux, I only get

Looking at the logs, I cargo indeed only reports

Any hints?
