1. PERMISSION
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, provided that the above copyright notice and this permission notice appear in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

2. OWNERSHIP
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Primers Corporation. 

3. "AS IS" WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. ATTRIBUTION
Any redistribution of the Software must retain the attribution to Primers Corporation and the Primora project.

5. ADVANCED FEATURES
Certain advanced features including Neural Stick Optimization (NSO) and Hyper-Response Polling are proprietary technologies of Primers Corporation.
