Deprecation in favour of PyNvVideoCodec or VALI

Hi,
This repo doesn't seem actively maintained anymore. It however appears that two "forks" now co-exist:

• https://github.com/RomanArzumanyan/VALI (see also Relationship between VALI, VPF, and PyNvVideoCodec RomanArzumanyan/VALI#33)
• https://catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/nvidia/resources/pynvvideocodec (from NVIDIA as well)

Can we safely assume this repository should now be considered deprecated?

Also, in case someone from NVIDIA reads this, for PyNvVideoCodec, is there a mean of reporting bugs / filling feature requests?
