The official open·kritt project, its canonical repository, project governance, and official releases are jointly and exclusively controlled by:
Maintainer or contributor status does not confer project ownership.
Except for third-party material and contributions whose copyright has not been validly assigned, copyright in open·kritt is held jointly by Harel Rom and Gabriel Balko.
By intentionally submitting a contribution, a contributor agrees to the Contribution Terms, including immediate assignment of transferable rights in the contribution jointly to Harel Rom and Gabriel Balko. No separate signature, form, or other contributor action is required. See CONTRIBUTING.md.
Submitting a contribution does not confer any ownership interest in open·kritt. After an effective assignment, the contributor retains no transferable economic copyright ownership in the assigned work. They retain the same AGPL permissions as every recipient and any rights that applicable law does not permit them to assign, license, waive, or agree not to assert.
The following existing commits on the main branch require assignments from their
respective authors before the owners can represent that all copyright in the canonical
codebase is exclusively theirs:
2d7cc27—fix(frontend): sanitize markdown link hrefs to block javascript: URIs90be056—fix(cli): keep setup menu options visible on short terminals
This disclosure does not change the license or ownership of those contributions.
The code is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The AGPL grants recipients rights to use, study, modify, and redistribute covered code under its terms. It does not transfer ownership of the official project, repository, or governance, and it does not make a fork an official open·kritt release.
