Button to pause execution

Is there any way to pause rendering? I'd like to tell the app to chill out until I have something sketched out worth looking at.

Not having auto execute when editing the kcl directly has some challenges because the point and click needs information from the last execute to function correctly (most the feature tree and the artifactGraph need to be populated).

One thing is probably shouldn't equate save with re-execute.
When a user goes from direct-edits, to then starting to use point and click again we could do a re-exec at that point (but NOT a save). Only thing though is what triggers this, clicking outside of the editor? it might feel kinda jank to see the model start rebuilding just from this. (edited)
