Ah, it seems that I need to select Which I suppose makes me wonder what the prior options are there for? |

In the gif, yes you're doing it wrong, because you changed the mode to add rules to an existing policy, but you didn't select any policy. The warning message says the same thing. In that page, and the Deny policy creation page, you only need to select the policy to add new rules to 1 time. Any rules you create using different options in each page will be added to the same policy. You can of course quickly swich between modes via the same combo box at top. |

I think it's a bug, but before I file one:
I'm attempting to use
