README.md: clarify min requirements
Technically the minimum should be macOS High Sierra, however as the winemac.drv bug still isn’t resolved it won’t work without reverts.

that allows compiling the last versions of wine from source on OS X 10.8 and later. This avoids complications with libraries as these will be built for your OS.
