This milestone is used to track and capture design-related tasks. Specifically, this is used for design-specific work, like user interface changes, styling updates, and changes to user workflows. This is an open-ended milestone because all product updates include design work.
No due dateThis milestone includes the work required to ship an enhanced version of the A-11 Form Template that aligns with the updated A-11 Guidance. The updated A-11 Form Template is a streamlined (more simple and intuitive) version of the A-11 Form, modeled after point-interaction feedback for services. This form includes a star rating, N-number of choices regarding things that went well, N-number of choices of things that did not go well (or can be improved), and an optional open-text box to capture other qualitative feedback.
