Use case

I would like an icon of a pregnant woman that is representative even when in small sizes and that is available in the free version. There is currently an icon of a pregnant woman, but it is not pretty and when in sizes of 16x16 it is not possible to identify that it is a pregnant woman. The intention is to use this icon within health maps as a leaflet marker. Perhaps the drawing of a pregnant woman wearing a dress without the drawing of the legs will make it more evident that it is a pregnant woman (when it has the drawing of the legs and the size of the icon is reduced, the pregnant belly becomes imperceptible). Something similar to this:
