NVSTORE test issue

Description

Hi

features-storage-nvstore-tests-nvstore-functionality is failed for NUCLEO_F410RB.

Issue is the same as in #7212
Fix seems to be not sufficient.
I checked my validation status, but it seems that I checked only flashiap tests at that time.
I forgot nvstore test...

I think the problem is that NVSTORE needs 2 FLASH area.
As explained in #7149, due to the memory mapping, some targets can't used 2 areas.

Just for my curiosity, what will be the effect of removing "FLASH" for this target?
