NUCLEO F410RB : missing IAR exporter in online compiler

Issue reported by a customer of mine. There is no IAR exporter in the online compiler when the user selects NUCLEO_F410RB as a platform
IAR exporter is available for some other platforms

This looks to have been implemented now; IAR exporter appears in the list for this platform inside of the online IDE.
