no wifi to wise 1530

Wise 1530.

in order to compile the wise 1530 need to use wise 1510 target (according to https://os.mbed.com/modules/advantech-wise-1530/) in wise 1510, there is no WiFi but LoRa. wise 1530 have WiFi.
