Add dynamic reconfiguration implementation to the examples. #274

Thank's to this PR, there is now possible to setup dynamic reconfiguration!
There is an examples folder with fully functional code on how to use this library. But the new feature added is not there yet.
Create an example using the style of the other modules in there and call the function from the entry point, or somewhere else where appropriate.
