Wrong flatc binary in maven repository for osx version 2.0.3.1 #33

Not sure if this is the right place but it seems that the Mac version of the 2.0.3.1 flatc compiler .tar.gz
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/github/davidmoten/flatbuffers-compiler/2.0.3.1/flatbuffers-compiler-2.0.3.1-distribution-osx.tar.gz contains the wrong binary, namely version 1.12.0
